IPO Report: Allbirds prices IPO at $15 a share, valuing company at $2.15 billion

Lifestyle brand Allbirds Inc. priced its initial public offering at $15 a share Tuesday night, above its expected range.

Allbirds also increased the number of shares offered, from 19.2 million to 20.1 million, to raise $301 million, for a company valuation of about $2.15 billion, based on 143 million shares outstanding. Allbirds had previously set its price range at $12-$14 a share.
